Four Turtles Villas offers two rental beach villas in the Exumas! Both rental beach villas are nestled on an exclusive patch of white powdery sand beach facing the unique blue waters of Hoopers Bay (aka Turtles Bay), one of the top attractions on Great Exuma in the Out Islands of the Bahamas.
The villas are right on the beach - one of the five best beaches around Great Exuma - which is accessed by using a private path through our beautiful one acre tropical garden.
Both rental beach villas are fully renovated (2024) and offer two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms surrounding an open concept kitchen, dining and living room area that opens onto a large patio to enjoy the views of our tropical garden and the turquoise waters of Hoopers Bay.
The two cozy AC bedrooms respectively feature a queen bed and two twin beds with soft linens and fluffy pillows in which you will enjoy peaceful nights of sleep. If you choose to opt out of AC, you can open the screened windows to enjoy the sea breeze and listen to the soothing sound of the waves on the beach and the wind blowing in the palm trees. Each bedroom benefits from an amazing view of the property and the gorgeous shades of blue of Hoopers Bay. The master bedroom has a smart TV for you to enjoy your favorite shows or to complement your peaceful ambiance with streaming music.
The kitchen portion of the open space living area includes four new top-of-the-line appliances, including stainless steel Frigidaire refrigerator and oven, and an LG Washtower (washer and dryer). Sunset Villa also has a Frigidaire dishwasher. It is fully equipped with small appliances such as microwaves, coffee makers (drip and espresso), a milk frother, a toaster, a blender, a mixer, as well as complete sets of cookware and dinnerware to prepare your meals and cocktails. For your hydration and convenience, all of the water on the Four Turtles Villas property is filtered and we have added a reverse osmosis filtered water faucet in the kitchen. The living room is furnished with a 3-person sofa and a large coffee table filled with Bahamian literature and underwater photography magazines. Unless you favor the kitchen island counter and its two stools, the dinning section has a quaint table and four chairs to enjoy your chef's delights.

The two rental beach villas sit on over one acre of lush and curated tropical gardens leading to one of the Exumas' nicest beaches: Hoopers Bay. You can hide on your own private beach behind our sand dune or take a stroll to see the green turtles.

This villa is identical to its twin Turtle villa but hides on the western side of the property amongst palm trees and bougainvillea and also offers mesmerizing views of our Tropical Garden and the turquoise waters of Hoopers Bay.
